Compare iPhone 16 vs 16 Plus vs 16 Pro by the job you need the phone to do. A larger standard phone and a smaller Pro phone solve different needs. In Pakistan, the useful comparison also includes the exact regional variant, registration status, storage and written seller terms.

Quick choice: Start with iPhone 16 or 16 Plus for the standard-model decision. Choose 16 Pro or Pro Max when the Pro display and camera system are useful enough to justify the actual cost. Try the size in person and keep storage and condition consistent in the price comparison.

Compare the published specifications

iPhone 16 Plus6.7-inchA18Larger standard display
iPhone 16 Pro6.3-inchA18 ProProMotion and Pro camera system
iPhone 16 Pro Max6.9-inchA18 ProLargest Pro display in this family

These are published model specifications, not a hands-on benchmark. Regional features, storage offers and the condition of an individual phone must be checked separately. Open Apple’s exact-model comparison.

Separate a bigger screen from Pro features

The Plus model is the larger standard iPhone 16. Pro and Pro Max add a different display and camera specification. If you only need a larger keyboard or more room for reading, compare the Plus before assuming you need Pro Max. If your priority is a Pro camera workflow, compare both Pro sizes rather than deciding by display size alone.

Check the features you would pay extra for

The iPhone 16 Pro specification includes ProMotion up to 120Hz, a 48MP Ultra Wide camera, a 5x telephoto camera and USB 3 support. Test the camera options and display on the actual device. Faster data transfer also needs a suitable cable and destination; it is not established by the shape of the USB-C port.

Fit the phone to your day

Try the device with its normal case. Check one-handed use, typing and how it fits in a pocket or bag. If you create large video files, review your current storage use and transfer process before paying for additional capacity. Bigger storage can be useful, but a model name alone does not tell you how much is fitted in a particular listing.

Do not mix regional and condition differences into a simple price claim

Check the model number in Settings and confirm SIM or eSIM compatibility with your intended Pakistani operator. Ask about network locks, registration status and activation history. Compare used with used, or clearly explain the difference when comparing new and used offers. “Pro Max price” is incomplete without its storage, condition and regional model.

Checks to finish before paying

  • Use the complete model name and storage in every quote.
  • Test the size, display behaviour and every camera fitted.
  • Use a suitable cable if transfer speed is a deciding feature.
  • Confirm regional SIM support, all IMEIs and account removal.

PTA status and total cost in Pakistan

Verify the device’s IMEIs through PTA DIRBS. For registration charges, follow FBR’s official procedure. Calculator figures are planning estimates.

Compare written quotes with matching storage and condition. Record the phone price, included items, agreed repairs and checking terms separately. Confirm the exact regional model and test your intended SIM or eSIM before handover. Registration and hardware condition are separate checks.

Frequently asked questions

Is iPhone 16 Plus the same as iPhone 16 Pro Max?

No. Plus is the larger standard model, while Pro Max belongs to the Pro line. Compare chip, display features, camera system and the actual offer rather than treating all large iPhones as equivalent.

Does every iPhone 16 have the same USB-C transfer speed?

No. Apple specifies USB 3 support for the Pro models. Check the exact model and use a suitable cable and destination if transfer speed matters to your work.

Should I include iPhone 16e in this table?

Treat it as a separate model rather than assuming the iPhone 16 specification applies to it. Use Apple’s exact-model comparison and confirm the fitted cameras, controls and regional model before paying.
