SURPLUS EQUIPMENT. A CLEARER SELLING BRIEF.

The details that matter.
Let’s build the right brief.

Share your current setup and the result you need. The team will review the requirements and confirm the available scope, location coverage and next step.

A clear list of the equipment for sale

Share device categories, approximate quantities and known models so the team can understand the fleet before discussing next steps.

Condition & accessories

Explain working condition, visible damage, known faults and available chargers or peripherals. Accurate details help keep the review realistic.

A planned replacement or surplus sale

State whether equipment is still in use, available in batches or already ready for inspection, along with your preferred timeline.

Ownership & release requirements

Only offer equipment your business owns or is authorised to sell. Lease obligations, financing and internal release approvals should be resolved by the authorised owner.

Data preparation before handover

Flag data-removal requirements without sharing files or credentials. Responsibility for backups, account removal, secure erasure and any evidence of completion must be agreed before devices leave your control.

Service scope, location coverage, response arrangements and any third-party costs are confirmed after review.

SOFTWARE HOUSES · OFFICES · GROWING TEAMS

Your business comes first.
Your setup should follow.

Whether you run a software house, a professional office or a growing company, include the business context so the team can review a practical approach.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions?
Start here.

Include any other question in your enquiry.

Ask the PakDevices team
What details are needed to discuss a bulk device sale?

Include the device types, approximate quantities, models or specifications where known, working condition, known faults, accessories, location and when the equipment can be released.

Will the enquiry produce a guaranteed purchase offer?

No. An enquiry starts a review. Any valuation, inspection, purchase decision, price, collection arrangement or payment terms must be confirmed separately in an agreed offer.

Can I sell devices with known faults?

You can describe faulty or damaged equipment in the enquiry. Include the issues openly; acceptance and any proposed value depend on the review and are not guaranteed.

Should we remove company data before devices are handed over?

Yes, data preparation needs explicit planning before handover. Agree who is responsible for backups, account removal and secure data erasure. This form does not provide a data-wiping service or confirm that a device is safe to release.

Can we discuss selling devices and buying replacements together?

Yes. Explain both requirements, but keep the sale inventory and replacement purchase specifications distinct. Each transaction needs its own agreed condition, pricing, payment and handover terms.
